Danielle, an upstate New York native, earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Prior to SUNY Buffalo, she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.

After graduating from SUNY Buffalo, Danielle began her legal career as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Victor E. Bianchini. In March 2011, she transitioned into a new position as a staff attorney for the Northern District of New York.

In the spring of 2013, after over four years with the Federal Courts, Danielle was ready to expand her legal horizons and opted to join the law firm of DerOhannesian & DerOhannesian as an associate attorney. In that capacity, she is primarily responsible for assisting the principal attorney, Paul DerOhannesian II, in researching and drafting motions, legal memoranda, and appellate briefs concerning criminal and civil litigation matters.

Danielle has appeared in both state and federal courts through New York State, including the Northern and Southern Districts of New York. She has been involved in all aspects of civil and criminal trials and trial preparation. Danielle has also successfully argued before the Appellate Division, Third Department.

Danielle is admitted in the following jurisdictions: New York State (2009), the Northern District of New York (2012), the Southern District of New York (2014), and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (2015).
